On the following Wednesday 15th June’2016 School of Legal Studies and Governance organized a “Moot Court Problem” for the students of LLM and LLB . Moot Court Problem is a compulsory subject for the students which  is an extracurricular activity at many law schools in which participants take part in simulated court proceedings, which usually involves drafting memorials or memoranda and participating in oral argument. The proceedings was headed and conducted by students which made them acquainted about the conduct of court.To critically analyze the proceedings, the guests invited were Senior Advocate Mr. Vivek Nandwana who practices in Kota High Court and Mr. Yogesh Sharma, Associate Professor from Kota Open University.

Mrs. Shailesh Sharma Assistant Professor, Career Point University  conducted the whole proceedings  of the court.
